What You’ll Do:
As our Lead Carpenter, you’ll be the on-site manager and the face of the company on job sites. You’ll wear many hats—leader, planner, communicator, problem-solver—and ensure our projects are delivered with top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of jobsite carpentry labor
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and schedules
• Lead jobsite meetings and collaborate with office, production, and design teams
• Track and organize receipts, paperwork, and T-sheets (we’ll train you!)
• Ensure site cleanliness, security, and material safety
• Communicate directly with clients to deliver a smooth and professional experience
• Uphold high safety and quality control standards
• Provide clear leadership and maintain positive crew morale
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years carpentry experience with residential or light commercial work
• Leadership experience and a strong understanding of construction processes
• Ability to read plans/specs, coordinate trades, and manage materials
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• A team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in their craft
